 * Collaborate with PLCs to minimize equipment downtime.
 * Read and apply electrical schematics, blueprints, and logic diagrams for machinery overhauls.
 * Communicate effectively during shift hand-offs and support preventative maintenance strategies.
 * Occasional travel for regional goals or technical training.
