The selected candidate will support installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment of IT systems, hardware, software, and networked environments supporting mission-critical operations. This role supports the management of physical and virtual environments by implementing best practices for system performance, security, backup and recovery, storage allocation, and infrastructure optimization. Responsibilities include monitoring system operations, applying patches and updates, reviewing performance logs to identify anomalies, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending system configurations and functional improvements to support operational and customer requirements. This position requires strong technicalexpertisein enterprise IT support, systems administration, customer support, and secure computing environments.
