 * Proven ability to articulate business value and advise C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
 * A proactive, innovation-driven mindset with the motivation to lead initiatives and inspire others.
 * Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse senior stakeholders.
 * Fluency in German (C1) and strong English skills, both written and verbal., * University degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

 * Strategic Advisory: Guide senior stakeholders in defining data strategy, data management, and AI roadmaps aligned with business goals.
 * Solution Architecture: Bridge advisory and technology by understanding data/AI architectures and partnering with technical experts to design future-ready solutions.
 * Governance & Compliance: Advise on data governance, AI governance, and responsible AI to ensure trust and compliance.
 * Offering Development: Build and enhance advisory methodologies, services, and accelerators for data & AI engagements.
 * Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry insights and best practices on data-driven transformation.
 * Mentorship: Develop junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
