Desired: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant ServiceNow certifications. * ISTQB or similar software testing certification. * Experience with API testing and performance testing tools. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. * Prior experience supporting federal or government clients. ## Description The CACI team is looking to add an IT Software Tester to the contract in support of the Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Office of the Chief Technology Officer. The IT Software Tester will primarily support ServiceNow platform testing for a custom development team, ensuring the quality, reliability, and accessibility of ServiceNow solutions. This role will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and stable ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will design, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts, with a strong emphasis on ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and customizations.
