## About the Role

* A standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program., * An earned associates degree from an accredited, * Bilingual skills.

## Description

* A minimum of four (4) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment., * A minimum of two (2) years of experience in supporting computer systems related to digital environment.

AND

 * Proficiency required in the following:

 * Basic hardware and software troubleshooting
 * Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and iOS operating systems
 * Installing and maintaining software applications
 * Managing and maintaining computer network systems including Virtual and Local Area Networks
 * Supporting enterprise applications used in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations, and electronic mail, cloud storage and other related applications.
 * Effective communication
 * Computer skills as required for the position, The Technology Support Specialist I & II jobs are designated as one job for the purpose of job progression when the employee has achieved an evaluation indicating that his/her job performance has met or exceeded the expectations of the job. The Technology Support Specialist I shall be promoted to Technology Support Specialist II after two (2) years of experience in the department/school.

Collaborates with customers at the assigned location and with district level technology support staff to ensure an effective, stable and consistent digital environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
