Required Technical Skills * Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM/Bicep. * Container and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes. * CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and observability platforms. * Cloud security concepts including IAM, RBAC, encryption, and network security. We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your career development and growth in: * Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices. * Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and operational excellence. * Experience building self-service platform capabilities and improving developer experience. * Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA. * Experience supporting cloud modernization or large-scale platform transformation initiatives. ## Description The Technical Platform Manager plays a critical role at TransUnion as the conduit between our Sales, Solutions, and Engineering organizations. The Solutions team defines the "what and why" requirements, and in this role you will partner with Solutions and Engineering to define and execute the "how" technical solutions. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Product Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
