## About the Role

We are looking for a candidate with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. The required qualifications include:

 * Proven experience in a data entry, data coordinator, or similar administrative role.
 * Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all tasks.
 * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
 * Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 * The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Experience with student information systems (SIS) or other database software is highly desirable but not essential.

## Description

As a Data Coordinator, you will be entrusted with managing and safeguarding our data systems. Your key duties will include:

 * Accurately entering and maintaining data across various platforms, including student information systems, enrolment records, and course databases.
 * Performing regular data quality checks and audits to ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information.
 * Generating and preparing routine reports for academic staff, administration, and management to support decision-making.
 * Assisting with data clean-up projects to streamline and improve our data management processes.
 * Responding to data-related enquiries from staff and providing administrative support as needed.
 * Upholding strict confidentiality and data protection standards when handling sensitive information.
 * Collaborating with various departments to ensure data consistency and support their operational needs.
