In this role, you will partner with product teams to design, build, and support the infrastructure, tooling, and services that enable high-quality, reliable software delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, paired-programming environment, takes initiative, and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in cloud-native ecosystems. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with time split between onsite and remote work. Candidates should be comfortable completing a technical assessment as part of the interview process., * 3-6 years of professional software development experience. * Strong programming experience in Golang. * Experience with cloud-native technologies, including: + AWS + Kubernetes/EKS + Terraform + OpenTelemetry * Experience designing, deploying, and supporting distributed applications and services. * Strong understanding of software engineering principles, testing, and system reliability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. * Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities., * Experience with Datadog and/or Grafana. * Exposure to additional programming languages such as Java, Rust, or Python. * Experience supporting platform engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure teams. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer enablement tools.
