Ensure a strong emphasis on innovation, AI, and generative AI. * Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance online sales channels and customer engagement. * Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI and evaluate their potential application within Honeywell's IT landscape. E-commerce Platform Management: * Oversee the development, deployment, and management of S4/HANA platforms. * Ensure seamless integration of S4/HANA platforms with existing business systems and data analytics tools. * Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience. * Assure IT solutions for the business provide an exceptional user experience, while being compliant and cyber-safe. Team Leadership and Development: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT leaders. * Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the IT department and Honeywell business partners. Stakeholder Management: * Work closely with senior management and other departments to identify and meet their IT needs. * Ensure effective communication and collaboration between IT and other business units. * Drive healthy SPI, CPI, and EVA metrics throughout project execution. * Assure IT solutions for the business provide an exceptional user experience while being compliant and cyber-safe. Budget Management and Reporting: * Manage IT budget for S4/HANA initiatives.
