Develop actionable recommendations to reduce spend through reserved capacity, savings plans, commitment strategies, scheduling, tagging improvements, and architectural changes. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for cloud cost visibility, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with application, infrastructure, and platform teams to prioritize and implement cost optimization actions. Monitor adherence to tagging, chargeback/showback, and cloud financial management policies. Support budgeting, monthly spend reviews, and forecast updates for cloud environments. Investigate billing discrepancies and usage spikes; communicate root causes and remediation actions to stakeholders. Help mature FinOps processes, governance, and operating rhythms across AWS and OCI.
