This role performs installation, upgrades, daily operations, backups, troubleshooting, and lifecycle maintenance across virtualized environments, physical servers, storage systems, and specialized mission applications. Work is performed with minimal supervision and requires advanced technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to support geographically dispersed customers and engineering teams.
