Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field, Required Skills * 7+ years of Data Engineering experience

 * Strong hands-on experience with Python and ETL development
 * Expertise in AWS data services (Glue, Lambda, Athena, S3, etc.)
 * Experience with Snowflake and Big Data technologies
 * Strong SQL and database programming skills
 * Experience building and optimizing large-scale data pipelines
 * Data modeling, data integration, and data quality experience
 * Hands-on data testing and validation
 * Experience with DevOps practices (Git, CI/CD, automated deployments)
 * Agile development experience

Ideal Candidate

 * Proven experience leading Data Engineering projects or mentoring teams
 * Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and modern data platforms
 * Ability to work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders
 * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
 * Experience working with large, complex datasets
 * Financial Services domain experience is a strong plus, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred)
 * Experience with BI and analytics tools
 * Knowledge of data governance and metadata management
 * Willingness to learn new technologies and lead technical initiatives
