## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Salesforce Consultant
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse der Salesforce-Plattform mit Schwerpunkt Marketing Cloud (inkl. Account Engagement/Pardot und Marketing Cloud Next) sowie angrenzender Clouds (Data Cloud, Sales, Service, Experience)
 * Erfahrung in der Umsetzung datengetriebener Marketing Use Cases, von Marketing Automation und Kampagnenmanagement bis zur kanalübergreifenden und personalisierten Kundenansprache sowie der Integration relevanter Systeme über APIs und Middleware
 * Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden und Tools (z. B. Scrum, Jira, Git)
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie sicheres Stakeholder-Management
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)

## Description

* Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse, Anforderungen und Herausforderungen entlang der Customer Journey und leitest daraus strategische Empfehlungen sowie Best Practices im Kontext von Marketing Automation und Marketing-Cloud-Lösungen ab
 * Du konzipierst und setzt Use Cases wie Kampagnenmanagement, Customer Journeys und personalisierte, kanalübergreifende Kommunikation um
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Konfiguration, Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung der Salesforce Marketing Cloud sowie für die Sicherstellung der Integration mit CRM-Systemen und Drittanbieter-Plattformen
 * Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst Projektaktivitäten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement und cross-funktionalen Teams
 * Du führst Tests, Deployments und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen zur Gewährleistung stabiler Lösungen durch
 * Du unterstützt Presales-Aktivitäten, schulst und befähigst Kundenstakeholder und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung interner Best Practices, Templates und Standards im Bereich Marketing Automation mit
