* Architektur und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft Hyper-V Plattform (High Availability, Performance, Security und Skalierbarkeit)
 * Planung und Umsetzung von Plattform-Modernisierungen, Migrationen und Erweiterungen
 * Technische Leitung bei Infrastrukturprojekten (z. B. Host-Generationswechsel, Storage-Migrationen, Einführung neuer Technologien)
 * Definition und Durchsetzung technischer Standards, Baselines und Hardening-Richtlinien
 * Kapazitäts- und Performance-Management (CPU/NUMA, RAM, Storage IOPS und Latenz, Netzwerkdurchsatz)
 * Analyse und Lösung komplexer Plattformprobleme und Eskalationsfälle
 * Troubleshooting von Cluster- und Virtualisierungsproblemen (z. B. Quorum, CSV, Live Migration, Netzwerkpfade)
 * Weiterentwicklung der Plattformautomatisierung (PowerShell, APIs, Desired State Configuration)
