## About the Role

* Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
 * Several years of relevant experience in SAP-based OTC / Customer Demand Management
 * Proven experience in designing and implementing OTC solutions in complex organizations, ideally in a consulting or similar environment
 * Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes
 * Good understanding of integrated SAP processes, data structures, and system landscapes
 * Expertise in e-invoicing, electronic billing, and digital compliance frameworks
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable IT solutions
 * Strong communication skills; fluent in English (written and spoken), German required
 * Experience with agile delivery approaches, combined with a structured, proactive, and collaborative way of working

## Description

* Own the end-to-end global Order-to-Cash (OTC) process landscape, including process design, governance, and continuous improvement
 * Partner with Business Excellence and IT to design and optimize OTC processes, with a strong focus on Customer Order Management and scalable business solutions
 * Drive global process harmonization and ensure alignment across regions, stakeholders, and senior leadership
 * Manage and prioritize the global OTC backlog while defining KPIs that support performance management and user adoption
 * Build and empower a global key user network that fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and capability development
 * Enable successful global rollouts by supporting fit-gap analyses, testing, training, and end-user support activities
