* Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium der Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Coaching-Kompetenz
 * Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Vermittlung und Anwendung agiler Methoden und Tools zur Steigerung des agilen Reifegrades der Scrum Teams und der Organisation
 * Unterstützung der Scrum Teams bei der Definition ihrer Ziele sowie Begleitung in ihrer agilen Arbeitsweise auf dem Weg zur Zielerreichung
 * Frühzeitiges Erkennen und Beseitigen von Hindernissen, Konflikten und Risiken
 * Vorbereitung, Moderation und Durchführung aller Scrum Events
 * Coaching und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Scrum Teams hinsichtlich Selbstorganisation, Effizienz, Effektivität und Arbeitszufriedenheit
 * Methodische Anleitung und Coaching weniger erfahrener Scrum Master
