Our financial services client is seeking a highly hands-on AI Engineer to support and execute a broad set of AI initiatives across the firm. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building, developing, and operationalizing AI solutions-not an architect-only position. The role is contract-to-hire and requires onsite presence 5 days/week in either NYC or Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions across multiple enterprise initiatives Build and optimize models, pipelines, and AI-driven applications in production environments Work closely with data, engineering, and business teams to translate AI use cases into executable solutions Contribute directly to coding, experimentation, model tuning, and deployment (hands-on execution) Support AI initiatives across risk, operations, analytics, and other business functions We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
