## About the Role

* Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung im Bereich Finance & Controlling (FI/CO)
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1) für die Kommunikation mit Deinen Kundinnen und Kunden und internen Stakeholdern sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der fachlichen und/oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams
 * Erfolgreiche Leitung mehrerer SAP S/4HANA Finance-Implementierungen über komplette Projektzyklen
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
 * Unternehmerisches Denken, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität
 * Tiefes Verständnis von Finanzprozessen, Systemintegration und IT-Methoden-Know-how
 * Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick sowie Motivationsstärke mit Leadership-Mindset

Als SAP Finance & Controlling Teamlead Consultant (w/m/x) übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung unseres SAP-Finance-Portfolios. Du kombinierst fachliche Exzellenz mit Führungskompetenz und trägst die Verantwortung für ein engagiertes Team von SAP-Berater:innen. Gemeinsam gestaltet ihr die Zukunft der Finance-Transformation bei unseren Kundinnen und Kunden - mit S/4HANA als Enabler für moderne Finanzprozesse., * Verantwortung für nationale und internationale SAP-S/4HANA-Projekte im Bereich Finance & Controlling

 * Aktive Rolle in Akquise, Presales und Angebotsgestaltung für Kundenprojekte
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Teamstrategien, inkl. Skill- und Wissensmanagement
 * Förderung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen - individuell und als Team
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Delivery-Teams innerhalb der NTT DATA Organisation
