 * Experience in a Help Desk/Customer support role.
 * Basic network troubleshooting.
 * PC imagining/deployment.
 * VolP Telephony.
 * Experience supporting remote users.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

## Description

As an IT Specialist at W.W. Williams, you will provide technical support to employees as well as monitor, maintain, and upgrade Branch office server, network, and telecommunications systems., * Provide first and second level technical support in response to incoming IT Service Desk tickets while providing excellent customer service.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve end-user hardware, operating system, and software-related problems for both local and remote users.
 * Ensure proper documentation of all Service Desk related activity in the Service Desk Ticketing System.
 * Administer client, server, LAN, WAN, and WLAN hardware in use at Branch locations.
 * Administer company application and technology services as assigned.
 * Install and configure system and network equipment as needed.
 * Make recommendations for future system and network upgrades at Branch locations.
 * Coordinate with other IT department staff to assist with system and application implementations and upgrades.
 * Coordinate with outside vendors to perform onsite cabling and infrastructure work.
