## About the Role

* Associate's degree in information systems and/or IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, and Google) in information systems or equivalent work background.
 * 1-3 Years of IT experience.
 * Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting.
 * Strong experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server products.
 * Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wired and Wireless networking.
 * Experience with Google Workspace and supporting SaaS-based software applications.
 * Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment

## Description

The onsite position reports to our IT Manager, supports our onsite and offsite employees, and maintains hardware and software, including Apple Products, Windows PCs, servers, networking equipment, and computer-driven manufacturing equipment.

Work performed

 * Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations.
 * Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees.
 * Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure.
 * Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system.
 * Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
 * Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.
