Comfortable navigating the ambiguity of cutting-edge platform work while keeping stakeholders aligned and confident. * A subject-matter expert in generative AI and data-driven personalization, with the ability to lead clients and teams through planning, requirements development, implementation, and rollout., We're looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: * 9+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst role, with significant digital/technology project experience. * 5+ years working in a digital agency or financial services technology environment. * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred. * Robust experience with Generative AI, ideally with hands-on experience designing, deploying, and optimizing solutions in complex enterprise environments. * Proven capability in system/business analysis and driving product development from ideation to launch. * Proficient in modern AI platforms, tools, and the digital/software development lifecycle. * Solid understanding of data-driven marketing, media personalization, and campaign automation concepts. * Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. * Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, with demonstrated success engaging senior client stakeholders. * Demonstrated leadership in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. * Adaptability to handle risk, change, and feedback while maintaining composure under pressure. * Financial services industry experience strongly preferred.
