* Execute High-Conversion Design: Build visually compelling, mobile-first email content for leading Shopify brands.
 * Scale Lifecycle Flows: Turn high-level marketing goals into scalable, on-brand templates for key flows (Welcome, Post-Purchase, Winback, etc.).
 * Apply Performance Design: Use a "conversion-first" lens to execute layouts, hierarchy, and CTA placements that drive measurable revenue.

Marketing & Sales Asset Atomization

 * Visual Storytelling: Take raw, data-driven content (case studies, blogs, performance insights) and "atomize" it into a suite of high-quality visual assets.
 * Sales Support Production: Generate polished infographics, one-pagers, and social visuals that help our sales team turn complex AI insights into clear, persuasive stories.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every design asset is perfectly aligned with the customer journey.

Creative Excellence & Evolution

 * System Maintenance: Work within and help evolve our internal brand guidelines and client-specific design systems in Figma.
 * Stay Sharp: Keep a pulse on the latest design tools and eCommerce trends-specifically in email, CRO, and web design.
