* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, wie z.B. Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Kauffrau für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Kaufmann für Büromanagement (m/w/d), Personaldienstleistungskrauffrau (m/w/d), Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d), Kauffrau/-mann für Spediton und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d), Bürokauffrau (m/w/d), Bürokaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d), Industriekauffrau (m/w/d), oder vergleichbar
 * Vorerfahrung in einem technischen Bereich ist erforderlich
 * Versiert in der Anwendung von MS-Office und mit SAP
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Erstellung von Auswertungen (Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität, Qualifikationen)
 * Durchsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung nach Vorgabe
 * Bedarfsabhängig weitere Unterstützung von fachgebietsbezogener Sachbearbeitung
 * Anwendung der aufgabenspezifischen Kommunikationsmittel und Verwaltungsinstrumente
 * Führen von Listen und Karteien, Eingabe von Daten
 * Zusammenstellen von Statistiken bzw. Qualitätsabweichungen vor / innerhalb der Linie reduzieren / erkennen / vermeiden
 * Wichtige Fehlteile, nach Absprache mit der Führungskraft, arrangieren
 * Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung der Linie
 * Aufnahme von Seriennummern, sowie Korrektur von Abweichungen und Fehlern
 * Begleitung der finalen Überprüfung der Nacelle
 * Optimierung der Qualität und Nachverfolgung an der Nacelle durch verschiedene Listen und Projekte
 * Ausarbeitung eines neuen Anlieferungskonzeptes
 * Allgemeine administrative Arbeiten und ggfls. Urlaubsvertretung der Kollegen
