The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, requirements gathering, testing, and data analysis while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will focus on analyzing current-state business processes and data flows, defining future-state solutions, supporting system implementation, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise investment data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and document current-state business processes, systems, and data flows. Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for business process improvement. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather business and technical requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Develop future-state business processes, workflows, and operating models. Analyze enterprise data architecture, system integrations, and application dependencies. Create business process documentation, process maps, workflow diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Support data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and migration activities. Develop testing strategies, test plans, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
