Mountain Manufacturing is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer to join our team. If you take pride in precision work, problem-solving, and programming your own parts-this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable and quality-driven company., * CNC machining + programming experience required

 * CAD/CAM proficiency (MasterCam, GibbsCAM, Esprit)
 * Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
 * 5-axis experience is a plus
 * Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused, * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
 * Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
 * PPE required

## Description

* Set up, operate, and program CNC machines (including complex parts)
 * Create and optimize programs using MasterCam, GibbsCAM, or Esprit
 * Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently
 * Inspect parts using precision tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
 * Monitor speeds, feeds, and tooling for maximum efficiency
 * Support continuous improvement and help train team members
