The team's mission is to build flexible, customizable experiences that let customers and MSPs tailor the platform to their own workflows - from UI components to deeper integrations. We're still early in this journey, with a lot of the vision ahead of us rather than behind. If you're excited about designing extensible systems that put more power in users' hands, this is a great place to have that impact., We hire the best software engineers, but experience in our stack can't hurt: NinjaOne is built on Java, Kotlin, Python, C++, Golang, and Postgres, supporting millions of user endpoints and running as a scalable cloud service in AWS. Knowing large-scale datastore bottlenecks, asynchronous application design, and client-server architecture will help you., * Python development to create workers that extend NinjaOne's value via third-party integrations. * Java and Kotlin backend development to expose NinjaOne platform functions for extensibility. * Collaborate with the AI workflow, server, and platform teams to achieve the team's mission. * Participate in architecture and design reviews to build high-quality software that is scalable and API-first. * Troubleshoot production issues across the technical stack using logs, metrics, and traces. * Other duties as needed. ## Related Videos - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [Kotlin Multiplatform - True power of native code reuse](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/4-kotlin-multiplatform-true-power-of-native-code-reuse) - [HTTP headers that make your website go faster](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1676-http-headers-that-make-your-website-go-faster) - [Navigating the Future of Junior Developers in Tech](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1280-navigating-the-future-of-junior-developers-in-tech) - [Event based cache invalidation in GraphQL](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/433-event-based-cache-invalidation-in-graphql) - [Why Kotlin is the better Java and how you can start using it](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/661-why-kotlin-is-the-better-java-and-how-you-can-start-using-it) ## Related Articles - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Is Software Engineering Over-Saturated?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/418-is-software-engineering-over-saturated) - [Highest Paying Tech Companies for Developers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/220-highest-paying-tech-companies-for-developers) - [Top 10 Java Libraries](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/364-top-10-java-libraries) - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [What’s the Difference between a Junior, Mid, and Senior Developer?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/238-what-s-the-difference-between-a-junior-mid-and-senior-developer)
