## Description

* Must have an excellent understanding of computers (both hardware and software) and a demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technology.
 * Perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of desktops, laptops and related systems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware failures.
 * Identify network problems as they relate to desktop or laptop computers.
 * Provide technical support, training, process creation and lead various project efforts.
 * Exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.
