## About the Role

* High School diploma or GED required
 * Previous experience in an administrative role (paid or volunteer) required
 * Proficient Microsoft Office and database software skills with high degree of accuracy
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills with competence and accuracy in grammar and spelling
 * Detail orientated with strong organizational and prioritization skills
 * Flexible, team player
 * Ability to lift 25 lbs. and to stand or sit for long periods of time
 * Be in agreement with and subscribe to the MRM Statement of Faith and the MRM Statement of Biblical Convictions
 * Be a committed follower of the Lord Jesus Christ, which is evident in personal testimony and Christian conduct
 * Pass a pre-employment background check and drug test

## Description

The Milwaukee Rescue Mission (MRM) is seeking seasonal, Donor Database/Administrative Assistants to assist with gift processing and administrative tasks from October, 2026 through December 2026 (January, 2027, if needed).

WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time or Part-time (20-25 hrs/week), weekdays between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. Will be flexible with part-time work schedule., * Process donations through the gift processing system, including sorting and opening mail, scanning, editing, and verifying donations and entering information into the donor database

 * Assist with donor database projects
 * Assist with assembling department mailings
 * Filing and answering phone calls
