## Description

* Technische Analyse und Lösung eingehender Support-Tickets auf Deutsch & Englisch über Telefon und das OTRS-Ticketsystem
 * Eigenständige Fehleranalyse direkt in Kundensystemen (Remote-Zugriff, Logfile-Analyse, Konfigurationsprüfung)
 * Reproduktion und systematische Eingrenzung technischer Störungen (z. B. Konfigurationsfehler, Schnittstellenprobleme, Performance-Themen)
 * Dokumentation der Analyseergebnisse und Lösungen im Ticketsystem (OTRS)
