Knowledge of cloud environments and SAP applications is essential. If you thrive in a structured, high-accountability environment and enjoy driving complex technical projects to completion, this role is a strong fit., * Bachelor's degree plus 5 or more years of experience * 5 or more years of technical project and program management experience * 3 or more years of experience in cloud, IT operations, software engineering, or systems engineering * 3 or more years of experience within an SAP environment * Strong proficiency with the full Microsoft Office suite including MS Project * Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Experience working with highly technical cross-functional teams * Clear understanding of business process and cloud technical requirements for SaaS technologies * Ability to manage and shift priorities quickly and effectively * Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to deliver high-quality results Preferred: * Experience with ServiceNow including reporting, queries, and automation * Knowledge of SAP applications and SAP onboarding processes * Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud reporting * Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies * PMP or equivalent project management certification ## Description Our client, SAP National Security Services, is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage multiple customer onboarding projects across a range of cloud services and SAP products.
