## Description

The Data and Systems Coordinator supports HR and business operations by maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and assisting with system-related projects. This role ensures information is entered, updated, and validated correctly while supporting reporting, system implementations, and process improvements., * Download, organize, and distribute reports and data extracts.

 * Perform data entry, updates, and record maintenance in company systems.
 * Audit and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
 * Create and maintain reports, trackers, dashboards, and spreadsheets.
 * Support system implementations, testing, user access setup, and data migrations.
 * Maintain documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records.
 * Communicate with stakeholders to ensure data and process consistency., * HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
 * System implementation or data migration support.
 * Data auditing, reconciliation, and process documentation.
 * Experience handling confidential information.
