## About the Role

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Manager, der unsere Infrastruktur mit Leidenschaft und Fachwissen gestaltet. Folgende Qualifikationen sollten Sie mitbringen:

 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z.B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration).
 * Mind. 5-jährige Berufserfahrung im operativen IT-Bereich und IT-Projektmanagement.
 * Fundierte und nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Systemadministration von IT Infrastrukturen, IT-Security, Datenschutz, Vertragsrecht sowie Kenntnisse über branchenübliche Anforderungen an die Infrastruktur.
 * Mehrjährige nachweisbare Tätigkeit im IT-Helpdesk, Second-&Third-Level, im IT-Projekt- & IT-Servicemanagement nach ITIL, Access-, Asset- und Lizenzmanagement.
 * Signifikante Erfahrungen im Management von Rechenzentren, Ausfallsicherheit & Notfallwiederherstellung.
 * Nachweisbare, mehrjährige Führungskompetenz fachlich interdisziplinär und interkulturell.
 * Hohes Maß an Interkultureller Kompetenz, Belastbarkeit, Sprachgewandtheit sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * Strategisch denkend, zielorientiert und konsequent operativ umsetzend.

## Description

Als Manager IT-Infrastruktur (m/w/d) Operations & Projects bei Kolbenschmidt Pistons Management GmbH sind Sie der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur. Ihre Expertise trägt maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und zur Realisierung von Projekten im IT-Bereich bei.

 * Entwicklung und fachliches Anleiten der IT-Infrastruktureinheit (inkl. Helpdesk) an allen Standorten der Kolbenschmidt Pistons Group.
 * Verantwortliche Planung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von strategischen/operativen IT-Projekten im erweiterten IT-Infrastruktur-Umfeld.
 * Optimierung bestehender und Entwicklung neuer Prozesse/Funktionen im Infrastruktur-Umfeld auf Grundlage der internationalen Standardisierung,
 * Analyse und Behebung von IT-Infrastrukturanforderungen/-problemen und Identifizierung des Optimierungspotenzials in der Nutzung mit nachgelagertem Verbesserungsmaßnahmenprozess.
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung des IT-Budgets und Kostenoptimierung.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen (inter-)nationalen Funktionsbereichen (z.B. Prozessschnittstellen, Qualitätssicherung, Beratung und Testmanagement sowie Dokumentation).
 * Monitoring internationaler IT-Prozess- und IT-Sicherheitskennzahlen zur Gewährleistung von IT-Sicherheit/Business Continuity.
 * Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
