## About the Role

* 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional, or enterprise initiatives
 * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field
 * 3+ years of experience managing project or program teams
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise program and project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks
 * Experience leading strategic initiatives and translating business objectives into execution plans
 * Experience managing governance processes, performance metrics, reporting standards, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships
 * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
 * Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate program status, risks, and insights to executive audiences
 * Experience with organizational change management, process improvement, and adoption strategies
 * Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or MS Project
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs

Desired Skills:

 * Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
 * Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, ITIL, or AWS/Azure certifications
 * Experience with enterprise project management tools including Jira or similar platforms
 * Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology or business transformation programs

 * Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
 * Oversee program performance, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
 * Establish and maintain governance standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices while supporting continuous improvement.
