They should be able to orchestrate multiple projects with project management experience a plus. They must be able to manage execution and to prioritize as demand dictates. They will be professional, career driven, detail oriented and have strong computer skills. Job area: Projects / Special Projects / Business Support, The Business Support Specialist, Technical Writer will work hand in hand with global team to define, manage, and control all documents, training tools, visual aids and forms or templates within one system to maintain and manage the overall standardization of such important records and instructions. This position will also work with the subject matter experts to create simplified work instructions, playbooks and quality alerts by utilizing the client SOP's and QAB's. The Technical Writer will report to the Quality Department while supporting the Program Management & Leadership Teams. The BSS will be required to assist in internal audits and help with readiness confirmation utilizing the internal audit templates throughout the business function as it works to support the Pandora requirements.
