 * Kenntnisse in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Exchange (on-prem/online), Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Sehr gutes Grundlagenwissen in DNS/DHCP und anderen relevanten Netzwerktechnologien
 * Lösungsorientiertes Denken, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Freude sowohl an Projekten als auch am IT-Betrieb
 * Sicheres Auftreten beim Kunden bzw. auf Entscheiderebene
 * Teamplayer Mentalität mit kooperativem und unterstützendem Arbeitsstil
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung - z. B. in Richtung Microsoft 365, Azure oder Security
 * Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität

## Description

* Du planst, implementierst und betreibst Microsoft-Infrastrukturen (z. B. Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, File Services)
 * Du analysierst bestehende Kundenumgebungen und entwickelst technische Konzepte für Migration, Modernisierung und Automatisierung
 * Du begleitest unsere Kunden im laufenden Betrieb, übernimmst technische Verantwortung und unterstützt bei der Fehlersuche in komplexen Umgebungen
 * Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Cloud- und M365-Teams zusammen - und bringst dich bei Interesse auch in verwandte Themen ein (z. B. Intune, M365 Security, PowerShell, Defender)
