Technical Knowledge: * Expertise in Java, C#, or Python and modern web frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). * Proficiency with RESTful API design, JSON, and data exchange standards. * Experience with containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins). * Understanding of AWS services (Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or CloudFormation). * Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity controls, DISA STIG compliance, and RMF processes. * Experience integrating third-party services (e.g., DocuSign, survey tools, or analytics). Certifications (Preferred): * AWS Certified Developer - Associate or Solutions Architect. * CompTIA Security+ CE (DoD 8570 baseline). * Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) or equivalent Agile certification.
