 * Strong experience with ITSM/CSM & SPM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog
 * Hands-on experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and integrations
 * Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, VMware) and how they integrate with ITSM workflows
 * Experience working in a managed services, MSP, or enterprise IT environment preferred
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, * 3 to 6+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
 * Strong experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM, CMDB, or Service Catalog.

## Description

* The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support RapidScale's managed services and internal operations.
 * This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams to enhance workflows, automate processes, and improve overall service experience for enterprise customers.

What You Will Do:

 * Design and develop scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules.
 * Configure workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, and integrations to support service delivery and internal operations.
 * Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems such as monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and CMDB sources.
 * Support CMDB design, data integrity, and service mapping initiatives.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
 * Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
 * Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and release management.
 * Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for ServiceNow-related issues.
