 * 10+ years designing enterprise application architectures.
 * 5+ years designing Azure cloud solutions.
 * Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure Government, and enterprise integration.
 * Experience with application modernization, DevSecOps, and Federal cybersecurity standards., * Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
 * TOGAF Certification
 * Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
 * CISSP
 * Azure Security Engineer Associate

Security Requirements

 * Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) Public Trust Background Investigation.
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government-issued Personal Identity Verification (PIV) credential.

## Description

* Lead enterprise application architecture and technical solution design.
 * Develop modernization and cloud migration strategies.
 * Design secure, scalable Azure Government and Microsoft 365 solutions.
 * Lead architecture reviews, technical planning sessions, and solution design workshops.
 * Establish development standards, coding practices, and technical governance.
 * Guide DevSecOps implementation, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software development practices.
 * Ensure compliance with Federal cybersecurity, accessibility, and records management requirements.
 * Support Authority to Operate (ATO), POA&M, and security documentation activities.
 * Mentor software developers and provide technical leadership across multiple Agile teams.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions supporting mission objectives.
