## Description

As a Help Desk Analyst I, you'll serve as a key technology resource for patients and staff, troubleshooting technical issues and supporting MyCHN's patient-focused technology platforms., * Provide customer support and technical assistance for patients and employees

 * Troubleshoot computers, printers, tablets, cellular devices, and Bluetooth health devices
 * Support patient-facing technology including patient portals, mobile applications, and remote monitoring tools
 * Assist users with email and software-related issues
 * Document, track, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
 * Install, update, and maintain software and supported applications
 * Assist with device updates, patches, and system maintenance
 * Maintain technology asset inventory and reporting
 * Support ongoing technology initiatives and other IT-related duties as assigned
