## About the Role

* Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
 * Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management
 * Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID) and identity management
 * Strong understanding of security best practices (Conditional Access, MFA, Defender)
 * Experience working in secure or regulated environments (NIST, CMMC, etc.)
 * 5+ years of IT or infrastructure experience

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in Microsoft 365 GCC or GCC High environments
 * Azure infrastructure and cloud networking experience
 * Experience with VPNs, firewalls, or network infrastructure
 * Microsoft or industry certifications (Azure, M365, etc.)

## Description

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 / Azure Engineer to support and enhance secure, enterprise-level Microsoft environments. This role is focused on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and identity security within a high-compliance environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role responsible for managing Microsoft cloud technologies, device management, and secure infrastructure across both cloud and on-prem environments., * Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

 * Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and endpoint management solutions
 * Configure and support Azure AD (Entra ID), identity, and access management
 * Implement and manage security policies including Conditional Access and Defender
 * Support device lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance, and security
 * Maintain and support Azure cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments
 * Assist with network connectivity including VPNs and secure access solutions
 * Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST and CMMC
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues
