## Description

End-User Support

 * Provide onsite support for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
 * Provision and deprovision user accounts and system access.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies.
 * Deliver white-glove IT support to executives.

Infrastructure & Operations

 * Monitor and maintain network equipment.
 * Manage onsite IT hardware and asset inventory.
 * Coordinate with vendors and building management.
 * Perform routine system health checks.
 * Follow up on incidents and service requests.
 * Maintain accurate IT documentation and procedures.
