The work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. * Setup, configure Operations/Maintenance of Server Hardware/OS and Backup Hardware/software. * Install EDR and Remote Management tools. * Maintain timely and complete documentation of all daily and project work. * Knowledge of relevant technologies and maintain selected technical certifications. * Remote and on-site troubleshooting and support of UPS, Server hardware and software. * Monitors alerts for alarms via documented procedure and escalate to senior team members as needed. * Receive, process, and inventory client equipment shipped to Ascent Data. * Setup, and configure new computer equipment per client specifications. * Prioritizing and resolving issues that arise.
