The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and technical teams to translate reporting requirements into accurate, timely, and actionable business intelligence. This role will support operational, program management, and executive decision-making for Universal Child Care Consulting and Implementation Support Services., * Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations. * Gather and analyze business and reporting requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions. * Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms. * Create and optimize SQL queries, views, datasets, calculated fields, KPIs, metrics, and business rules. * Collaborate with stakeholders to define report specifications, performance indicators, and success metrics. * Validate and reconcile data across multiple source systems to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. * Support data profiling, data quality, data validation, ETL, integration, and scheduled data refresh activities. * Troubleshoot and resolve report performance issues, data discrepancies, dashboard defects, and access issues. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, report inventories, data dictionaries, and user guides. * Support user acceptance testing, report validation, knowledge transfer, training, and ongoing business-user support. * Identify and communicate reporting risks, dependencies, issues, and impacts to project leadership. * Support implementation and modernization initiatives involving reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities., * Opportunities to lead impactful transformations in the public sector infrastructure. * Engagement with high-profile government initiatives, supporting meaningful change. * Professional development through exposure to innovative Agile practices and leadership collaboration. * A collaborative environment that values ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.
