Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Automatic Dispensing System (ADS) Technician - **Company:** Clarest Health - **Location:** Cheshire, CT, United States - **Salary:** $47,840.0 - $52,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Domain Name System (DNS), Microsoft Office - **Published:** July 15, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=972959896a0ac173 ## About the Role * High school diploma or GED is required * Proven experience as a pharmacy technician * Nationally Certified Pharmacy technician (PTCB / NHA) * Must have CT Pharmacy Technician license (must be in good standing) * Must have a valid driver's license (in good standing) Skills + Abilities: * Highly motivated individual to work in an extremely fast paced environment both individually and as a part of a team * Strong organizational skills: ability to multitask while maintaining focus on defined assignments * Minimum of one year using Microsoft Office required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Process oriented with the ability to comprehend and complete assignments as a part of the defined workflow * Capability to interpret data and report findings * High degree of professionalism must be able to successfully interact with pharmacy team and members of field leadership * Strong Microsoft Office Skills: Outlook, Word, and Excel, as needed * Reliable and punctual to support pharmacy operations * Flexibility to work overtime, holidays and weekends * Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs * Knowledge of Pharmacy law and medical terminology a plus ## Description The ADS Technician is a traveling position that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy's automated dispensing systems. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail that can manage timelines of various projects to meet required deadlines. The individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with the pharmacy and customers in person, via phone and email. The position requires a dynamic person that can multi-task and continually hold themselves accountable for delivering timely results with a high degree of accuracy. Technician maintains machine inventory, provides user support, performs maintenance activities and troubleshooting, and monitors proper functionality and use of the system.
