Then we encourage you to dive deeper into this opportunity., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience in an Information Technology environment required * 12+ years' experience leading ERP/Finance implementations, optimazations and rollouts with 7+ years in a people management role * Success managing large scale enterprise ecosystems in partnership with senior functional leaders, acting as a trusted advisor * Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, results orientation * Hands-on leadership style with the ability to bridge requirements across stakeholders, with a bias for action and results * Experience with AI/ML integration into enterprise workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, natural language processing for HR/Finance use cases, Claude, Julius, Copilot, SaaS AI capabilities, etc.). * Familiarity with data governance frameworks and enterprise data platforms * Certifications or experience in relevant platforms (Workday, serviceNow, Oracle, UiPath, etc.) * 20-50% travel (higher during implementation periods) ## Description As the Senior Director of Digital Technology Solutions- Enterprise you will lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our corporate technology platforms, with an "Automation & AI first" mindset. You will serves as the primary technology partner to our HR, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement and other business leaders, driving enterprise-wide automation initiatives that reduce operational overhead, improve data integrity, drive value and accelerate decision-making at scale. This is a high-impact leadership role which combines deep platform expertise with a relentless automation mindset.
