In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, write advanced SQL queries, extract meaningful insights, and translate those insights into dashboards that drive data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience with modern data and developer tool APIs, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment., * Proven experience as a data analyst, business analyst, or similar role, with a track record of analyzing and deriving insights from complex datasets. * 2+ years of SQL experience required; experience with BigQuery preferred * Solid understanding of data visualization principles with hands-on Looker experience required * Strong ability to debug and validate data outputs, including investigating discrepancies between source data, SQL results, and dashboard results. * Experience working with complex datasets, including JSON, arrays, nested records, webhook/event data, or API-ingested data. * Understanding of ETL pipelines and data transformation best practices * Familiarity with GitHub workflows and Jira required; experience with Jira custom fields or automation is a plus * Comfortable using AI tools as part of the data analysis and development process, while always reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs. * Ability to provide regular updates, document progress clearly in Jira, and maintain accurate process documentation as work evolves. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a keen eye for detail * Comfortable working in a remote environment with clear communication skills, timely status updates, and proactive escalation of blockers Nice To Have * Experience working with APIs (preferably REST or GraphQL APIs) Join our dynamic team and utilize your analytical expertise to uncover valuable insights with datasets from multiple sources.
