Powered by JazzHR ## Description The Data Analyst II supports Unconventional Land and Land Services by managing both physical and electronic land documentation throughout the document lifecycle. This position is responsible for receiving, preparing, scanning, indexing, quality checking, routing, tracking, and archiving documents while maintaining the integrity of ExxonMobil's enterprise content management (ECM) system. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to process high volumes of documentation accurately. Primary Responsibilities * Process incoming physical and electronic documents. * Prepare paper documents for scanning and digitization. * Scan physical documents into the enterprise content management system. * Perform indexing and quality assurance of scanned documents. * Electronically route and distribute completed documents. * Track, archive, and manage document workflows. * Support special projects and additional document management activities as assigned.
