In this role, you will act as the senior creative and operational lead for a dedicated production support team, setting the standard for how design system components are built, documented, and governed across a mature, deeply integrated design system. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team spanning UX, UI, and documentation, while serving as the primary point of contact for the client's internal design system leadership.
