## About the Role

We're looking for a dependable Support Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers and coworkers resolve day-to-day IT issues, install and configure new equipment, and keep networks and systems running smoothly. You'll work with everything from computers and servers to VoIP phones, firewalls, and Microsoft 365. If you enjoy solving problems and helping people, we'd like to hear from you., * Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and basic networking.

 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory is a plus.
 * Basic understanding of TCP/IP, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
 * Experience with VoIP phone systems is a plus.
 * Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
 * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site service.

Nice to Have

 * Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Experience with UniFi, SonicWall, or similar networking equipment.
 * Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V or VMware.
 * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.
 * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.

## Description

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues.
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, networking equipment, and VoIP phone systems.
 * Set up new users, computers, and email accounts.
 * Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
 * Install software updates and monitor system performance.
 * Help maintain backups, security, and antivirus protection.
 * Document work performed and keep support tickets up to date.
 * Work with senior technicians on larger IT projects and system upgrades.
 * Deliver friendly, professional customer service while keeping customers informed throughout the support process.
