Education and/or Work Experience Coordinate system hardware and software testing with development teams to ensure transparent implementation and appropriate capacity * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3-5 years of experience administering Windows Server environments. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT infrastructure best practices. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality IT support. * Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and business functions. Technical Skills/Physical Requirements * Experience supporting physical and virtual servers in an enterprise environment. * Experience with Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, and enterprise backup solutions preferred. * Working knowledge of Linux operating systems preferred. * Microsoft, VMware, or Linux certifications are a plus. ## Description The Global Domain & System Administrator will support Hyperion Global Server farm in data centers and offices across all supported business units. This includes Windows and Linux Servers.
